73 Ac Workshops – possible reunion!

Hi Andy,

I would like your thoughts on the following with regards to using the newsletter as a conduit to try and locate people who served at 73 Ac Workshops Celle, BFPO 23.
September 2026 will be the 50th Anniversary of the Workshop close down as it was then amalgamated with Detmold and I am trying to get a reunion arranged during that month in Celle 2026. I currently have only eight souls and I was hoping that putting some info in the newsletter would enable me to find some more contacts. I’m not sure where I stand on the data protection issue.
I have recently joined the RAA Association Celle as they meet once a month in the actual German camp that 73 was operating in. I explained what I was hoping to do and they immediately said that they would give me as much assistance as possible. They often have visits from other RAA groups and have special hotel rates in Celle and also have a lot of experience in arranging such things. All in all a great set of blokes
Could you please let me know if this would be feasible regarding the newsletter.
